  • Why choose FACTS?
    FACTS Tutoring is a results-driven personalized learning service for academic tutoring, test preparation and college counseling for students in pre-kindergarten through college. When you work with us, your tutor will design a student learning plan and lesson plans specifically for your child. In other words, our instruction and our approach are completely tailored to the needs and goals of every child. We know there are a variety of options when it comes to selecting a tutor for your child, but families come to use when they are looking to hire the best and when they are looking for strong academic results.
  • I'm unsure about signing my child up for tutoring. How do I know it will benefit my child?
    We get it! Choosing a tutor can be both stressful and time consuming. That is why we feel it is important for both the child and parent to chat with the tutor prior to committing to a tutoring session. We encourage all new clients to sign up for a 30 minute consultation prior to booking.
  • Will my child have to complete an assessment?
    It will be at the discretion of the parents/guardian for a fee.
  • Do you offer in-home tutoring?
    Yes, please contact us to discuss.
  • What are the safety protocols you are taking in regard to COVID-19?
    Mask wearing is optional for all tutors and students during all sessions. The use of hand sanitizer and frequent handwashing will be enforced. In case of a closure, all clients will be notified via phone or email.
  • Do you offer individual sessions or membership packages?
    All of our services are packaged based. Visit our Book Session page to learn more.
  • What are your booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies?
    Sessions must be rescheduled within 5 hours prior to avoid any penalties. No-shows or cancellations within a 5-hour window will result in a forfeit of your session and a charge on your package. Sessions can be scheduled in advance for up to 30 days.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales at the time of purchase are final. If a client is unable to make a session, please communicate with your assigned tutor at least 5 hours prior to the start of your session.
